Use the Formidable Forms plugin to create a way for users to contact you and get more information about your group. The form can be edited from the WordPress dashboard by selecting Formidable Forms on the side menu bar of the dashboard. The form can be customized for the needs of the site. Formidable Forms plugin is already added to your site and ready for use.
